SHIPPING

Free shipping on orders over $300.  All other orders will ship for a flat rate of $7.99. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order once confirmation and tracking number has been emailed to you. At this time, International shipping is not available.

RETURNS

- All sales are FINAL. We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for any reason. Stock dresses are purchased "as is" and alterations are not included. All special orders and layaways are final sale also.

Once you receive your order, please inspect it immediately. 

Our inventory changes daily.  In cases where we cannot ship your dress by your prom date, or the dress you ordered is not available in the size and color you ordered, you will receive a full refund and will be contacted within three business days of your order.  If you have any questions, please reach out to us directly at dreamdresscr@gmail.com or 319-210-7190.
