What is your return policy?

Due to the delicate and seasonal nature of our products, like most other formal wear stores, we do not give refunds, we do not take returns, we do not make exchanges and we do not give store credit on any orders.

Do I need to make an appointment?

We do not take appointments.  All shopping is on a first come first service bases.  We have 20 fitting rooms so wait times should be minimal. 

Is there a time limit in the dressing room?

In order to accommodate all of our shoppers, there is a one hour limit in the dressing rooms.  We allow four dresses per customer per turn. After your turn in a fitting room with four dresses, we ask you to come out to allow another person to use the dressing room as you continue to shop. This decreases everyone’s wait time and keeps our racks full of dresses so everyone has a great selection.

How many dresses do you have in the store?

We typically carry around 1300 dresses at our 8500 square foot store.  During the months of January and February we typically get new dresses arriving weekly.  Shop early for best selection as we have fewer gowns in store starting in March.

What is the best day and or time to shop for a dress?

Weekends can be very busy so if you would like a more relaxed shopping experience, week days are a great time shop.  We are open until 7 pm several days a week.

Do you offer layaway?

Yes we do!  We require half of the cost of the dress up front and the remaining amount within 30 days. 

What if I find a dress I love but you don’t have it in my size?

We can order most of our dresses in different colors and sizes.  See a store associate if you would like us to see if the dress you want is available to order.  If it is unavailable to order we can most likely find you something very similar. We have a lot of experience so if a special order isn’t possible we will see if an alteration could do the trick – we will do everything we can to get your dream dress for you!  Special order dresses must be paid in full before we will order it.

Can I find the same dress online cheaper?

There are a lot of fake sellers out there that use the professional pictures from the designer's website to make you think you are getting a beautiful dress for a great price. We’ve had many girls share these experiences with us and it can be impossible to get your money back in these situations. If you decide to order online, use extreme caution. Also make sure you have a backup plan in place, in case your dress does not arrive or is not what you thought you were ordering. If it looks too good to be true it probably is.

Can you tell me if you have a certain dress in the store?
Yes.  Please call or text us during normal business hours and we would be happy to check for you. 

Do you hold dresses?

In order to keep the racks full for our shoppers, we do not hold dresses 

Are all of the gowns on the website in the store?
Not all gowns listed on our website are in stock at our store.  The website will show you all of the gowns that we can order by each of the designers that we carry. If you would like to see if a certain dress is in stock at the store, please call or text us during normal business hours.  Please keep in mind that our inventory is constantly changing.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, you can!  We would be happy to assist you with this during our normal business hours.
